MOBILISATION

We are fully aware and familiar with shell cashes requirement, (Standard specification s.35), Permit to work procedures. Quality assurance procedure etc Udoka Best man Int Ltd shall mobilize to site all necessary resources comprising personnel, tools, land and water transport including consumable for execution work.

Prior to mobilization of resources of site, Udoka Best man Int’l Ltd shall carry out an in house inspection of all equipment to ensure that they are in good and acceptable working conditions, safe and also certify all personnel to be engaged for work. Mobilization to site shall be from Udoka Best man Int’l Ltd, Office Base. Supply and movement of resources and equipment to shell nominated location as contained in the relevant service order as they have been inspected and certified acceptable in writing by shell. Udoka Best man Int’l Ltd shall ensure that our personnel are medically fit and swim fit for survival in marine environment. We shall also ensure the availability of two (2) competent and well equipped strews as per shell specification capable of working at various locations at the same time. Both crews shall be supervised by a competent project Engineer with sound knowledge in engineering systems; design construction and maintenance.

Ach crew shall consist of two experienced engineers/ technicians certified by shell. A safety officer/ first Aider and a PRO/ CLO shall equally accompany them. Transportation to site shall be in-accordance with shell specification; SHELL already has agreed to provide diesel engine boat for water transport.

Udoka Best man Int’l Ltd is fully aware that we are responsible for accommodation, feeding and welfare requirements for our personnel when the need arises and we have already put in place good modality for that.

It has been impressed upon us that, safe guarding of life, property and environment is of paramount importance during project execution, to handle promptly all community demands within then limit of this contract and ensuring conductive working environment during mobilization and execution of project of site
